**TITLE: Branch Services Representative @ Compass Hours: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. (Full-Time - Full Benefits)

**DESCRIPTION: Provide a variety of services to branch customers. Become a product expert to understand customers needs, provide effective solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for performing the following duties as needed, including, but not limited to:**

• Serve clients by accurately handling deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and loan payment transactions.
• Open/Close/Maintain checking, savings, time deposit, IRA, and H.S.A. accounts
• Assist customers with questions or issues on their deposit accounts, ATM/Debit cards, or general product or service needs.
• Promotes and cross sells other bank products and services as appropriate to client needs, including loans, cards, online and mobile banking products, trust and payroll services.
• Maintains current knowledge and consistent compliance with banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the position.
• Other duties as assigned.

*QUALIFICATIONS: *

- - - - Experience in one or more areas of branch services - teller, new accounts, client services, consumer loans. - Displays knowledge and proficiency in explaining, selling and administering financial products. - Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. - Strong computer skills. - Reliable attendance critical for small branch office.
