[PDQ Staffing is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic for our client in the Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical machinery, electrical machinery, PLCs, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and conveyor systems.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical machinery and components
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical machinery, including 3-phase motors and components
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair PLCs and components (contactors, relays, fuses, overloads, breakers, capacitors, and electrical wires)
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair solenoids, photo eye sensors, limit switches, bearings, bushings, and shafts
• Diagnose and repair conveyor systems (belt conveyor, roller conveyor, pop-up conveyor, ball conveyor, transfer conveyor, chain picks, drive motor)
• Perform facility maintenance, including inspecting and repairing roofing (metal roofing), plumbing, 110v outlets, light fixtures, flooring, drywall, doors, and appliances
• Operate as a certified forklift driver, scissor lift, and/or boom lift driver
• Work with various voltage systems, including 110v, 220/240v, 480v, and 3-phase motors
• Utilize hand tools, torches, plasma cutters, electric meters, and calibration tools

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of three years of experience in a maintenance mechanic role

Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Experience with PLCs, conveyor systems, and facility maintenance

Certified forklift driver with experience operating scissor lifts and/or boom lifts
