ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Perform routine clerical tasks using basic research and problem solving.

Work with reports daily to solve account transactions in a timely manner with accuracy.

Sort and route return documents from RCB customers and the Federal Reserve.

Perform various data entry functions as needed.

Research, document and resolve credit reporting disputes received from various channels within specified deadlines.

Research, review and document legal documents.
