We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our investment sales team, aiding in the execution of investment strategies and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

In-Office Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in person, via phone, email and/or text.

  • Handle a variety of customer inquiries and establish a positive rapport with customers while counseling them and determining a course of action.

  • Assist advisors with scheduling, client reports, client materials and documentation.

  • Assist with the account opening process and proper documentation for accounts in accordance with industry, LPL and FIBT guidelines.

  • Assist with the marketing of the business to bank personnel, prospects, and outside sources. This should include the team-s client contact strategy and service matrix.

  • Manage the process and implementation of client/prospect events.

  • Comply with federal, state and company policies, procedures, internal controls, and regulations. Insure a favorable outcome from internal and external audits.

  • Assist in the sales and process of investment products where appropriate and licensing is in line with the product/service being sold.

  • Assist with a sales and marketing plan for the local market, including partner education in the local branches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor-s degree in finance, business administration, economics or other related field; and one to three years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience in investments, financial services, banking, insurance, administration, sales or service is strongly preferred.

  • Preferred licenses: the SIE, Series 63 or 66, Series 7 securities license, Series 65 or 66 and the MN, ND, or AZ Life and Health Insurance License.
